Shipping and Return Policies

We ship with Fed Ex Ground. When ordering please provide your street address and telephone number. This information is for shipping purposes only and not kept on file or shared with anyone. Once your order is completed and shipped, it will arrive with in 3 to 5 business days. As some our products are custom made certain items will not be available for immediate shipping. International shipping is done through US postal service. Due to high fraud we do not ship to some countries. Your shipping charge includes the cost of transportation and handling only, and does not include any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees that may be assessed when your shipment goes through your country’s customs. Brightfox Designs reserves the right to hold suspect orders until verified by credit card issuer as legitimate.

Returns: We accept returns up to 10 days after we have shipped an item to you. After 10 and up to 30 days we will gladly make an exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept returns on cut goods or custom made items.
